All diets work...All exercise plans work




The problem is...you have to actually DO them, and follow the rules. People give up because these programs all narrow our choices and make our eating very boring.

Oh man, it's hard paying attention to what you're NOT eating. Every system seems to contradict all others. How is it so complicated? Eat this / not that, low carb, Intermittent Fasting, Gluten Free, Vegetarian, Vegan, Atkins, etc. What if it was a lot easier than that? 


There is a TON of research about how food affects our bodies. (i.e. Did you know that gluten binds itself to opioid receptors in the brain? We are getting ‘high’ on bread and experiencing euphoria.) We can notice how certain foods make us feel.

We all vibrate at a certain level. That’s what it means to be alive. Moral of the story: Raise Your Vibration.

Fruits and vegetables make us feel better after we eat them because the nutrition is taking our vibration to a higher level. 
Exercise releases endorphins,causing us to vibrate higher. 

All we do is move the vibration of our body. Just move it up more often.
